$GHLD Guild Holdings Comp. would be interessting to look, cause it does reverse Mortages like FOA. Maybe they profited from the inverted yield curve as well.
Great write up and definitely something to consider if Trump is able to bully the 10 year down. Some of your other write ups seem more compelling to me if that happens. I’ve been very bullish uranium and energy but this may end being lather really good play over the next 12-18 months.
Yeah, some things are years away, hard to tell. I think the commodity supercycle got pushed back by government crowding out the private sector under Biden
