I find the financial profit and IDR really interesting. I looked at the reserve table from 2023, that listed total proved and probable reserve assets at 27,600 ounces. This is about 2 years in production, yet you wrote that they are expanding production to twice the current rate. Did they announce any large new resources in 2024? Also, I think the reason other mining companies were not interested in this strike is its size. Any thoughts?
Management claims large players only want open pit, not narrow vein underground. Also, the gold mining region had a gold rrush that was cut short by a bigger silver rush, so there was gold historically that wasn't mined out. Proving reserves is costly, and they've been busy buying acreage.
I just bought more MMY.V yesterday. That has a catalyst for earnings in February I believe. I will probably eventually buy IDR, but I don't feel like I need to hurry. I want to load up on BUR first as well. Too many ideas, not enough money. IDR is a yes eventually.
I would’ve never guessed you were almost 300lbs, prof. You must be really tall, or have adamantium fused bones or something… your face doesn’t even look heavy in the vids. Kudos on the new years fitness challenge, will be sure to like every post from here on out.
I am 6'4" and broad, in college I was a 225 lb varsity athlete. At my lightest I was 205lbs when I swam every day. At 205 lbs I had a 2-pack. I have never had a 6-pack in my life.
Degen, check out steel mace workouts - start with a Kitchen broom, also under appreciated incline treadmill walking - forward, backward, side - cross over steps - DO NOT RUN- keep heart rate Zone 2 cardio or lower... max incline you can tolerate without increasing heart rate above- 120-130 bpm - I'm older (last year of boomers is my birth year) than you and all above have been life changing for me.
1 push-up per restack sounds cheap… how about 10? And say 3 sit-ups per like? 😆

If I find something like FOA once every couple years, it would be seriously lucky

Really impressive given your academic achievements as well! I am rooting for you, prof.
Thanks Duh Wun
a pound of plutonium oxide dust will give cancer to 2 million people. just sayin'.
That's one reason why thorium is safer than uranium for fission. The thorium narrative could shift on a dime. Probably would only need 1 Trump tweet
