Modeling an Exit Price for Finance of America Companies $FOA

Hello and Welcome to my first video where I model an exit price for a stock that has started to rally. Finance of America (FOA) is at about $26 a share as I write this, and it was at $5 when I first published the writeup below. The model is very rough, there is a lot of garbage in garbage out as it really is a black box how the funds flow underneath the surface. The mortgage REIT accounting is impenetrable, but that’s why there was an opportunity in the first place.
